At our traditional Texas Smokehouse BBQ Restaurant we offer smoked meats like beef brisket, Tri-Tip, pulled pork, chicken, baby back ribs, sausage, and classic BBQ sides like baked beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, corn on the cob, and cream corn.

The BBQ pits are right behind the register where guests can see the ribs being turned. The meats are cut by hand to your desired quantity, served on butcher paper from huge rolls, weighed on scales, and served with generous portions of bread. The meals will be served on industrial plastic trays/boxes and customers can help themselves to plastic utensils, large self-serve napkin dispensers, fountain drinks, and the condiment station with complimentary pickles, pickled carrots, jalapenos and cherry peppers.

Diners seat themselves at either long communal Picnic wooden tables, or smaller two- and four-person individual tables. There are garbage cans placed around the room for easy clean up, BBQ sauce bottles on every table and even a handy hand-washing station that allows the sauce-covered patron to forego a trip to the restroom.
